of the most commonly asked questions on issues
relating navigation and visualization of the

I
do not see any image in the Gallery, in
the Home, Links, and so on... Only blank
spaces, also by clicking directly on bounded
area!
It's
really strange... Perhaps you have not installed
the latest version of Adobe FLASH PLAYER.
No problem: you can download a free new
player from the manufacturer or, if you
do not know how, by clicking directly on
the Flash icon on the side. 
Follow the instructions!

The
navigation will not work - I do not see the
picture but only a red cross with the name
of the link!
Perhaps
it is only a matter of refresh. Reload this
page by clicking on "Refresh" directly from
your browser (if you're using Microsoft Explorer,
can see the command at the top, near your
web address window. It's a tiny button with
two green arrows). If you're using Firefox
simply click again on the green button next
to the "Go" command. If you're using
Netscape, do the same!

There
are overlaps within the pages and not everything
is perfectly clear!
Despite
the use of tables rather than levels, there
is a chance that with some browsers, such
as Firefox or Netscape, pages are not perfectly
aligned. We have not the opportunity to
remedy a problem like this because depends
directly from the browser. However, your
claim will be valuable for future developments.
If there is this type of problem, please
send an e-mail, reporting and explaining
the problem and what kind of browser you
normally use to surf the Internet.

I
can't open Chat or start with the Chat!
To
open Chat you need to enable pop up windows
script on your PC / MAC or unlock the security
script that blocks pop up. You nedd also to
have installed or enabled Java script controls
on your PC / MAC. We reccomend you to subscribe
and signing up the ICE CHAT: in this way you'll
be recognized and it will be much more interesting
chat with you rather than with an "unknown"
surfer!
